Bear Valley Country Store Burglary Suspect Arrested

Bear Valley Springs, CA, 10/25/2011-   In conclusion to a continuing investigation, on 10/25/2011, at approximately 2144 hours, Bear Valley Investigators arrested an individual identified from surveillance photographs recovered from video taken the night of the October 9^th burglary at the Bear Valley Country Store.

Arrested, without incident, was Jason Pezzillo, 24, of Bear Valley. Pezzillo was identified as acting alone during the commission of the crime and no other persons are suspected.

An additional individual, depicted as the “unknown male with a dark mustache”, was identified as Joshua Ireland, 23, of Tehachapi. Ireland was originally unknown to investigators and only a person of interest. Ireland was not involved in the crime and will not be charged with any offense.

Pezzillo was booked at the Main Jail facility on Truxton and is reportedly to be arranged on 10/26/2011, in Mojave Superior Court.
